To register, you will need to make sure you have a debit (ATM) card linked to your account and, you receive an alert on your line.

  • Dial *894*0#, this will display the debit card(s) linked to your accounts.
  • Select the debit card you want and enter the 4 digit PIN for the card (remember it is the PIN you use when making withdrawals at the ATM).
  • Now enter a new 5 digit transaction PIN (this PIN will be used to authorize transactions on your phone) to complete registration.

To transfer money from your bank account to any account using the FirstBank mobile code, dial *894*Amount*Account Number# e.g *894*5000*0123456789#. Follow the on-screen prompt to select the bank and input your 5 digit PIN to authorise the transaction.
