Over the past few years, we have seen devices go from having 1 GB RAM to 6 GB and even 8 GB RAM. The need to be mobile shepherds with lots of space to run more apps and multitask efficiently has led us to demand even more from these OEMs.


And more RAM space they have granted us by launching devices that meet our specifications, and I bet Laptop’s gonna be jealous. Here is our list of devices with Highest RAM Sizes.



The Oppo Find X found its way to the top of the Screen to body ratio charts with 87.04 percent when it was released and is still here to show that it can still play with the big boys when it comes to the RAM game.

Running Android 8.1 OS under the ColorOS UI, the 6.4 inches device has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space. It also has Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SDM 485 64 bit Octacore processor built with 10 nm technology and clocked at 2800 MHz. This device is even more famous for its pop up camera feature.


ASUS ROG Gaming SmartphoneASUS ROG is not a regular smartphone but a gaming device built for a new Android smartphone market that is continually growing. The 6 Inch ROG smartphone specifications include 8 GB RAM space, 512 GB storage space, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SDM845 Kyro 385 64 bit Octacore processor built with 10 nm technology with an overclocked speed of 2960 MHz (2.9 GHz). It runs Android 8.1, has 4000 mAh battery and also lots of peripherals to make gameplay sweet.

It also uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 with speed clocked at 2.8 GHz. his device is equipped with dash charging and even gaming mode.

The stand out feature is the display refresh rate of 120 Hz per second, the first of its kind, making visuals smooth.

The 5.7 Inch device running also has a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with a clock speed of 2.5 GHz. Other specs include a dual 12 MP + 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP selfie camera, with expansion support up to 1TB.

It also supports the OnePlus signature dash charge as well as the reading mode and aluminium body.

Sony is no small name in the Smartphone industry, and the Xperia XA2 Plus is no small device. The 6-inch device with Aluminium body has 6GB RAM space. That’s alot to support multitasking. The smartphone also has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 ARM Cortex A53 64 bit Octacore processor chipset clocked at 2200 MHz and built with 14nm technology.

The 4G enabled device has 64 GB storage space and supports maximum storage with expansion up to 400 GB, has 78 percent screen to body ratio along with a fingerprint sensor and 23 MP / 8 MP camera.
