Some of the benefits of a DSLR camera include superior image quality, large ISO range, better manual controls, quality optics and depth of field.

Types of Digital SLR Cameras

A digital SLR camera can have an interchangeable or a fixed lens. A DSLR with fixed lens offers limited focal lengths. Interchangeable lens DSLRs, on the other hand, are more flexible and versatile in comparison to the ones with fixed lens.

You can either attach a wide angle, standard or telephoto lens to an interchangeable lens DSLR to enhance your photography experience.

Xplorion presents our list of top 5 DSLR Cameras that suits your photography needs based on its resolution, optical zoom, display size and viewfinder type.

2. Canon EOS 600D

Canon EOS 600D

The 18 megapixel Canon EOS 600D (called the Digital Rebel T3i in North America). The 600D / T3i offers a 1,040,000-dot vari-angle LCD screen, a 63-zone metering sensor – identical to the one used in the more expensive EOS 7D – standard ISO settings of 100-6400 (expandable to 12800), and 3.7fps continuous shooting.
