What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, measure how it is used, and show relevant adverts. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixel tags, device fingerprints, and server-side tracking identifiers; this policy applies to all of them equally.
Why we use cookies
- Essential — to let the site function (session, security, shopping basket)
- Preferences — to remember your choices (theme, language)
- Analytics — to understand how the site is used (what pages are popular, what breaks)
- Advertising — to show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness (only after you consent)

How to manage cookies
When you first visit the site, the CookieYes banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choices any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings:
Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site (sign-in, shopping cart).

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat your visit as a “no” to all non-essential cookies. We do not currently react to the older Do Not Track header, which lacks a clear specification.
Changes
We update this cookie policy when our cookie use changes. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
