In one or two easy steps, customers can now purchase airtime, send money between banks or pay utility bills from their mobile phones provided it is linked to their Fidelity bank accounts.

How to purchase airtime for self or family and friends using *770#

Have you ever run out of airtime in the middle of a call or you needed to put an important call through to a friend or business associate and there was no retail shop where you could purchase a recharge card or it happened late at night when you would not even dare take a step outside to check if you would be lucky enough to meet a recharge card retailer about to lock up shop?

Recharge your phone: Dial *770*Amount#. For example, *770*5000#.

Recharge for family and friends: Dial *770*Phone number*Amount# . For example, *770*08032110321*1000#.

Transfer money to all banks nationwide

Make transfer up to N100,000 to any bank in Nigeria from your mobile phone using *770#.

How to Transfer: Dial *770*Account*Amount# and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transaction. Authenticate transaction using your four-digit PIN. For example, *770*5034241673*5000#.



  • Phone number must be linked to your bank account to be able to perform transaction.
  • Bank charges apply for transactions within Fidelity bank (N50) and to other banks(N50).
  • You can only transfer up to N20,000 at a go and up to N100,000 in a day.
  • This service is available 24/7.

Dial4Cash – Cardless withdrawal

You can now make cash withdrawals at the ATM without your dedit card.  All you need is your mobile phone with the number linked to your Fidelity bank account.

Pay attention, just in case you need to make a withdrawal and suddenly remember you left the debit card at home.

Simply dial *770*8*Amount on your mobile device then follow the on-screen prompts. Enter the one-time-PIN(OTP) sent to you followed by your 4-digit PIN to generate a paycode which will be used to withdraw the cash at the ATM.

Enter your paycode, PIN and amount at the ATM to withdraw your cash.
